Terms of Service
These terms of service are in effect as of;

By working with me you are acknowledging & agreeing to the following terms;
General Terms
- You must be 18+ to order a commission and Abducted Inc. reserves the right to check IDs to verify age if needed.- You need to have a clear reference sheet or image(s) of the character(s) you want to be drawn with the correct colors, markings, and accessories or they will not be drawn.- I will reply to questions about owed artwork and commission inquires in a professional capacity. Please do not include extraneous conversation, I am here to work only.
Extra Fees
- Shipping: The commissioner is obligated to pay for shipping costs unless stated otherwise.- Commission Privacy: If the commissioner wishes to keep a commission private, there is a privacy fee of +25%.- Mature & NSFW Art: There is a NSFW fee of +50%. NSFW Art commissions MUST be of Adult OCs, No Exceptions!
Payments
- I require payment upfront, No exceptions.- I do not accept payment plans.- I can accept payments via PayPal, Ko-fi & CashApp- I reserve the right to issue a refund & cancel a commission due to rude or inappropriate behavior, etc.- If a commissioner ghosts me mid-commission, they will be removed from the queue and will not be issued a refund.
Refunds
- The commissioner is allowed to cancel their order at any time, but please be sure to check the Status of your Order and Refund Breakdown first. All commission orders will be refunded a certain percentage of the amount paid.Refund Breakdown Chart

Sketching Stage: 70 % Refund
Coloring Stage: No Refund- Check your Order Status: HERE
WIPs & Alterations
- Wips will be sent out during the following stages to be approved before I continue on the piece; Sketching & Lining- If changes need to be made due to my misreading of commission details, these will be made free of charge!- After 48 Hours have passed since an art piece has been completed, I will no longer make alterations.
Giveaways / Raffles
- ONE entry per person will be given unless stated otherwise.- If you unfollow me after a giveaway ends, you will be blacklisted from my future art giveaways.- Giveaway Bot account entries in my giveaways will be disqualified.- If any giveaways I host require items to be shipped out, the winner(s) will be obligated to pay shipping fees, and I can ship worldwide as well.
What I Won't Draw
- Human / Humanoid Characters- Scat / Messy Art- Realistic zoophilic scenarios- Underage characters in sexual situations- Transphobia, homophobia, racism & other hateful themes
